What is this service?

What are Multiple Mini Interviews (MMIs)?

MMIs are a simulation of a typical ‘day-in-the-life’ of the role that you wish to assess applicants for. Candidates ‘walk’ through six to nine short, independent assessments at a series of ‘stations’ in a timed circuit. At each station, candidates are required to deal with a different job-relevant problem that a typical employee in this role may encounter during a working day. Respondents then talk through how they would respond and are evaluated by different raters at each station.

What will this assessment tell you?

Candidates who score well on this form of assessment can manage ambiguity and complexity, think and act strategically, and embrace innovation and creativity. Our MMIs can be tailored to focus specifically on those attributes and values that you would most like to assess.

What are Job-Fit Questionnaires (JFQs)?

Are you struggling with high candidate volumes with many applicants not coming near the requirements for the job? What are Organizational-Fit Questionnaires (OFQ)?

There are many great reasons to work at your organization. However, like at all workplaces, certain aspects of your environment might not be for everyone. Maybe it is working under high levels of ambiguity, or perhaps your organization has mobility and hardship demands. An Organizational-Fit Questionnaire (OFQ) allows potential applicants a realistic career preview. Before applying for a job, applicants complete an OFQ, which gives them instant feedback on their organizational fit. Anthro didn’t come with ready-made solutions, they listened and tailored their assessments to suit our needs, which really made working with them even more rewarding. My colleagues and I needed to fill a roster of who were ready to go and do a job at a moment’s notice, people with the rights skills, knowledge, experience, and most importantly attitude, for the field.

 

We had some issues with online testing in the past. I wanted to make sure that test-takers weren’t cheating – just copying stuff off the internet – stuff like that. We also didn’t want to spend weeks on end grading essays.
